Razaq Doherty

Razaq joined the operations team at Sango in 2013. He is responsible for fund operations, tax, financial reporting and internal controls at Sango Capital. Prior to joining Sango, Razaq was a senior fund accountant at Red Mountain Capital, an activist hedge fund in Los Angeles. Before Red Mountain, Razaq was a senior administrator with Oaktree Capital, a global alternatives investment company.  Prior to the investment management industry, Razaq gained experience as an auditor with Rothstein Kass. He began his career with Honeywell in the US.  

Razaq holds a BSc. in Accounting from Tuskeegee University and an MBA in Finance from California State University.
